No Sale No Fee

It’s that simple! If your property does not sell, there is no charge!

Our fixed fees are based on the following sale price

  • $500,000 – $700,000  sale price – your fixed fee is $6,000  plus GST
  • $700,000 – $900,000 sale price  – your fixed fee is $7,000 plus GST
  • $900,000 – $1 million sale price  – your fixed fee is $8,000 plus GST
  • Over $1 million dollars                   – your fixed fee is $9,000 plus GST

 

Our flat fees  include all of the negotiation work that a real estate agent traditionally does as we work hard to negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price for your home. You can relax in the knowledge that our many years of experience in the real estate industry and being proud of our MREINZ and AREINZ status, ensures that high standards of professionalism and accountability are upheld at all times.

No matter the price of your property or the length of time it takes to present you with an acceptable offer, our fee remains the same.

Our fee covers:

  • Constant communication with you.
  • Following up with visitors to your open homes and other interested parties.
  • Weekly written and verbal updates for you, delivered by the following Wednesday following your open home, including details of the dates and the times we contact potential buyers who visited your property , including comments they shared with us about your property.
  • You are more than welcome at any time, to contact any of these parties direct for verification of their comments.
  • The entire negotiation process, from identifying interested parties who wish to put in an offer for your property, completing the Sales and Purchase Agreement and negotiating with you and the buyer to achieve the sale of your property for a price acceptable to you
  • Giving the paperwork to your solicitor to complete the sale

You will need to:

  • Organise the marketing of your property through traditional print media such as newspapers or flyers
  • List your property on one or multiple property selling websites
  • For all of your marketing requirements, we can either assist you ourselves or we often recommend Homesell, a company with whom we have worked on many of our projects.
